Online Refund Policy
If you wish to return your item for any reason you have 14 days after the day of delivery to do so. We will make a full refund as long as the items are returned in a saleable condition. If the items have been removed from the Royal Mail bag or if the Royal Mail bag has been tampered with, we cannot refund or exchange the item due to hygiene reasons. How to Return Your Item
Please call us on 0121 221 2164 quoting your web order number and we will provide a returns reference number to send back with your item. Then Place the items into their original presentation boxes and make sure the parcel is sealed securely. You should also place the receipt you received with your order into the parcel. If the return items are posted John Macintyre & Son cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit and not returned. We would advise that any returns are made with a proof of postage certificate or recorded delivery.

To collect an item in store you must bring photographic identification, proof of the cardholder’s address and the credit card used to pay for the item online. If your order is placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday your item can often be ready for collection the following working day, however we will let you know via email when your order is ready to collect.
